oil painting -- 2

Hello, I'm looking to order a medium-sized canvas painting using oil paint. The woman's face will be featureless, as in it won't have any facial features. Only the tribal tattoo I've attached will be visible on her chin. The tattoo needs to be very clear as it is the main focus of the painting. The tree in the background will be removed in the actual painting. I don't want it to look too professional.
