Turning pictures into a painting

Would like to have a painter to help me turn 3 pictures (2 dogs and 1 lady) into a painting. Painting is preferred to be colored and as realistic as can be. The form of painting is not necessarily to set in stock but oil painting could be nice.
Artist must be located in Greater Vancouver and can deliver the painting within 2 weeks time.
