Sip-and-Paint Host

Job ID: 39780306

Budget: $15 – $25 USD

I run live, in-person and virtual “sip and paint” gatherings for adult groups of 11–20 people and need a friendly artist-type to guide paint sessions. You will greet participants, walk them step-by-step through the chosen artwork, keep conversation light, and wrap up with a quick group showcase. The actual painting theme changes every event—abstract one week, landscape the next—so you’ll simply adapt to whatever the client requests.

No prior teaching or hosting experience is necessary; I’ll show you the full flow, share lesson templates, and give you recorded demos before you lead your first class. All work is remote, and you pick the dates and times you’re available, making this perfect for a flexible side gig or creative break between commissions.

Typical session outline:
• 10 min welcome, materials check
• 60–90 min guided painting
• 10 min group gallery and sign-off

You’ll prepare a simple supply list (brush sizes, primary colors, canvas/paper) at least three days in advance, then arrive online 15 minutes early to test audio/video for virtual, at least 45 minutes to set-up in-person events. A stable internet connection, webcam, and a well-lit workspace are the only technical must-haves; everything else is about your energy and clear step-by-step instruction.

If you’re ready to start right away, let’s set up your brief training call and get the brushes moving!
