Rowes Warf Impasto style painting

We are looking for an artist to paint, in impasto style, a 36”W X 48”H canvas of Rowes Warf Boston… we will produce the image to use for the piece. Looking to spend $600.00 - $800.00. We will do one of the Boston commons as well if we can agree on a price for two.
