Repair Bathroom Ceiling Plaster
Budget: $200 – $500 AUD
The plaster around my bathroom’s ceiling and manhole has started to sag and break away. The affected patch is small, but it needs proper attention, so the damage doesn’t spread. I’m after a clean, smooth skim coat that blends seamlessly with the existing surface, followed by a fresh coat of paint to match the current ceiling color.
You’ll need to remove any loose material, secure the area, apply a smooth plaster finish, let it cure, then prime and paint. Please bring the right bonding agents, jointing compounds, and finishing tools; I have no supplies on-site. A tidy job and minimal disruption are important—I’d like the bathroom usable again the same day if possible.
When you respond, let me know:
• Your experience with small-scale ceiling repairs.
• An estimated timeframe from arrival to final coat.
