Realistic Horse Portrait on Dress

I'm looking for a talented artist to paint a realistic portrait of my horse on a dress.
the photo below shows the front and back painted, but it only would need to be on the front and some stars on the back, I would need it by October 15th. I already have the dress, it is cotton. I am located in Denver, Co. Can ship anywhere in the US.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in realistic animal portraiture
- Experience in fabric painting
