Portrait of kids with grandmother

I'm looking for an experienced portrait artist to capture a special moment between me and my kids adding my mother who passed when I was younger. The portrait should be realistic, capture the emotion of the moment, and be up to 24x36 in size (no larger), with no preference for color or black and white. It has to be a very special portrait – something special that we could treasure forever. It is an important assignment and I'm open to discuss any questions about the project.
