Pokemon Landscape Canvas Art

I'm looking for a talented artist to create custom canvas art in a Pokémon style for my brother and my sister in law. I am wanting a landscape on canvas 1 and a half feet by 2 feet large. The landscape to be based on the Ozarks valleys, mountains and rivers. I would like the Pokémon Mewtwo and Sylveon to be main features in a candid almost mystical scene.
