Patio Ceiling Sanding & Painting

The plaster ceiling over my outdoor patio is flaking in spots and paint is peeling in several spots. needs to be taken back to a sound surface before a fresh coat is applied. I already have the paint on-site, so what I’m looking for is a skilled pair of hands to handle the preparation—scraping, sanding, dust-off, and masking—then apply an even, durable finish coat.
There are no cracks or holes to repair, just thorough surface prep followed by a paint job.
