Pastel Eggshell Condo Repaint
Budget: $15 – $25 CAD
My 850 sq ft condo—two bedrooms, one bath, kitchen, living room, dining room and a small storage area—needs a fresh coat of paint. I want every wall finished in an eggshell sheen using light, airy pastel shades that brighten the space without feeling too bold. In the living room only, I’d like a single accent wall that complements the rest of the palette while providing a subtle focal point.
The scope includes surface prep (light sanding, nail-hole filling, spot priming), two-coat coverage on all interior walls, careful cut-in around baseboards, ceilings, doors and windows, plus a clean, crisp edge for the living-room accent wall. Ceilings might need a few touch-ups, trim, and doors can remain untouched unless minor touch-ups are needed after masking. There are a few scrapes and wall cracks that need sanding.
Please bring all necessary tools, drop cloths and cleanup supplies; I’m open to you supplying the paint or providing a detailed list so I can purchase it ahead of time. Work hours are flexible, but I’d like the job completed within a standard workweek once started. A walk-through before quoting is welcome so we can confirm exact pastel hues, the accent-wall colour, and any small repairs you notice.
Deliverables:
• Prepped and painted walls in every listed room using an eggshell finish
• One neatly executed accent wall in the living room
• Post-job cleanup with all fixtures and floors protected and left spotless
