Painting from photograph

I am looking to commission a realistic, medium-sized painting of a photograph. I would like the painting to measure 11x14 inches, and for it to be done on a stretched canvas. I want the painting to reflect a realistic impression of the photo, so whoever is hired should have experience in realistic portraiture. This will involve accurate pigment selection, brushstroke composition, and a fine degree of detail that enhances realism and makes the painting special.
