Painting for our Dad’s retirement gift

My siblings and I are looking to commission a painting for our dad’s retirement. Our dad owns a pizza restaurant and he spent his life in the kitchen so he could send his four kids to college. Here’s what we envision for the painting: our dad at 18 years old walking into the restaurant with his original boss extending a hand to him, and on the other side of the frame, a door opening from the restaurant with his four kids leaving in garments reflecting their current professions and successes (lawyer, doctor, financial planner, child counselor at a hospital). We have lots of smaller details we’d like to integrate too. The idea is to communicate to our dad that all his hard, physical labor paid off and the proof is in his children. We would love to touch base with a Chicagoland artist that can make this idea a reality.
