Paint a picture of a rocky waterfall with a small parachute caught on the rocks based on a picture of a real place.

I would love a painted picture of a waterfall based on an experience my wife and I had. For context, here is the story and what I would like in the painting. I proposed to my wife at a waterfall called Cataract Falls. We hiked to the base of the falls and when I gave the signal to a buddy at the top of the falls he threw down the ring with a small parachute attached. The wind caught it and the parachute got caught halfway up the falls. It took me 30 or more minutes to climb the 30 or 40 feet of half frozen waterfall to get the ring. It is more of a stream then a river running off of a cliff. I want a painting of the falls with a parachute and ring box caught on the rocks halfway up the waterfall/cliff. The attached pictures show the falls. I don't need the painting to have the same exact angle and view as the photos, they are more of a guide. I have more pictures if needed. Also I would prefer the falls to be half frozen with snow scattered around. I am also planning on framing the painting with a short poem on a plaque beneath the picture. Thank you.
