Oil-Based Exterior Flat Painting

I need the entire exterior of my 4-bedroom flat (about 1,173 sq ft) freshly coated with a high-quality oil-based paint. The walls are in good shape with only minimal wear, yet I would like a professional who can take care of a few small repairs and seal any visible cracks or gaps before the first coat goes on.

Scope of work
• Inspect the façade, perform minor patchwork, and seal joints or hairline cracks so the finish remains durable.
• Light surface prep (the surface is generally sound, so sanding and dust removal should suffice; full pressure washing probably isn’t necessary unless you see a spot that truly needs it).
• Prime where required, then apply two even coats of exterior-grade oil paint to achieve a streak-free, uniform finish.
• Protect adjoining fixtures, windows, and landscaping, and leave the site tidy once the job is complete.

Deliverables & acceptance
1. Completed paint job with consistent colour and sheen, free of drips, peeling, or missed spots when viewed in daylight.
2. All repaired areas properly blended so they are indistinguishable from surrounding surfaces.
3. A brief hand-over note listing paint brand, colour codes, and maintenance tips.

Please bring your own brushes, rollers, or airless sprayer—whatever you prefer for oil paint—along with drop cloths and safety gear. I’m ready to begin as soon as we agree on a start date and timeline.
