Office Wall Painting
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I'm looking for a professional painter to paint a large office space. The room is 7m x 5.5m with a 2.3m ceiling. Most of the walls have been previously painted but there are some new plaster walls and a ceiling that also needs to be painted.

- Paint Finish: Matte
- Surface Preparation: About 25% of the job will require priming with the new plasterwork. Most of the job is just painting.
- Color Scheme: A single color throughout the space.
- Paint Type: Indicate if the supplied paint is oil or water-based.
- Number of Coats: 2 coats painted walls. Primer and top coat for new plasterwork
We will supply the paint. The ideal freelancer for this job should have experience in commercial space painting, working with matte finishes and preparing surfaces for painting.
The project needs to be completed within 2 weeks. The project requires a simple matte finish throughout the space. The painting work should be scheduled on weekdays only. We will handle moving and protecting the office furniture ourselves.
