I’m ready to refresh the entire exterior of my 4-bedroom flat—about 1,173 sq ft—with a clean, matte off-white finish. The job covers full surface preparation (washing, scraping loose paint, light filling of small cracks), priming where needed, and at least two even coats of high-quality exterior paint. You’ll need to supply all tools, ladders, drop cloths, and safety equipment, and leave the site spotless when the work is done.
Because appearance and durability are equally important to me, I’m looking for a painter who can show a solid portfolio of similar façades, explain the paint system you intend to use, and give a realistic schedule that minimises disruption. Please outline:
