Need an artist to paint / render finished sketch

I have a completed sketch that I would like painted and rendered. The most important part of this assignment for me is the rendering. Please look at the example I have attached, the completed image should match the quality. Notice the lighting and texturing of the skin, It almost looks matte, much different than the first two examples.
Payment is $110 usd.
