Large Oil Impressionist Portrait

I have a single reference photograph and would like it transformed into a large-scale impressionistic portrait rendered in oil paint. Canvas size must exceed 18x24 inches so the brushwork and colour energy typical of Impressionism can really breathe.

I will supply the high-resolution photo once we begin; please keep facial likeness while giving the loose, textural treatment that defines the style. I’m open to your artistic decisions on palette and background as long as the overall mood feels cohesive—think vibrant strokes rather than exact realism.
