Large Family Portrait with Pastel Colors

I'm in search of a skilled and capable artist to convert a photo of my large family into a realistic painting. The size of the desired canvas is large, 24x36 inches. There will be more than six people in the photo to be painted, hence a keen eye for capturing likeness is a must. The paint scheme should be soft and pastel, capturing the warmth and unity of our family bond. The ideal freelancer for this project should be:
