Interior Wall Latex Painting Project
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I am ready to refresh my home by giving all interior walls their very first coat of colour. The surfaces have never been painted, so they will need proper preparation—light cleaning, filling any small hair-line cracks, sanding where necessary, then priming—before we move on to two even coats of high-quality latex paint that I will supply (or you can quote to include the paint if that is easier).
The total area covers every interior wall in a two-bedroom apartment; ceilings, trim, doors, and exterior areas are not part of the job. I expect you to bring your own rollers, brushes, drop cloths, tape, and basic tools for light surface repair. Please protect floors and furniture during the work and leave the place tidy at the end of each day.
Deliverables
• Surfaces fully prepped and spot-primed where needed
• Two uniform coats of latex paint, no drips or patchiness
• Clean worksite, with all masking removed and debris taken away
