Interior Repaint for Whole House

The entire interior of my house needs a fresh coat of paint so it shows its best when I put it on the market. Every room—living room, all bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, hallways, closets—should be treated as one continuous project so the finish feels consistent from space to space.

Scope
• Surfaces: walls, ceilings, baseboards, doors, and trim.
• Colour: a single clean white throughout, already chosen.
• Finish: flat on the broad wall and ceiling areas, semi-gloss on doors, trim, and other high-touch surfaces.
• Prep: light patching, sanding, caulking where needed, and masking to protect floors, fixtures, and built-ins.
• Application: two solid coats (or additional touch-ups where coverage demands).
• Cleanup: remove tape, haul away paint debris, and leave rooms broom-clean.

What I will supply
Paint, spackle, grits, 1500 sqft. The 3-level townhouse is unfurnished/vacant.

What I need from you
All labor, tools, drop-cloths, and sundries; respect for tight real-estate timelines; and a smooth, even finish free of roller marks or drips. I’m happy to send videos first to get a rough estimate, and if we are in a close price range, a site walk-through before you begin, and do one final inspection together before sign-off.
