Impressionistic Watercolor Family Portrait

I'm looking for a talented watercolor or oil-paint artist to create an impressionistic family portrait. The painting will feature 1-2 family members against a minimalist background. It is of a 2yo child (partial face visible) holding onto and leaning his head onto his mother (hair and back only, no face).

I have some photos to work from, but they need some repositioning of the head, adjusted smile, etc.

Requirements:
- Impressionistic watercolor or oil style expertise
- Experience with family portraits --> I hope to see some prior photos of work.
