Farmhouse Interior Painting
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
I’m looking for a hands-on professional painter to refresh the interior of my large farmhouse. This is a personal hire—please, no subcontractors or crews. If the recent shutdown has left you short on work, I’d especially like to hear from you.
Scope
• Five rooms need full interior painting on walls and ceilings.
• Surfaces are generally sound, but standard prep (light patching, sanding, priming where needed) is expected to achieve a smooth finish.
• I will provide the paint; you’ll bring brushes, rollers, drop cloths, and any small repair materials.
• Protect floors, trim, and fixtures, and leave each room clean and ready for use.
Schedule & Access
The house is occupied, so we’ll coordinate room-by-room access during normal daytime hours. I’m flexible on start date but would like the work completed within two weeks of commencement.
What I need from you
• Confirmation you will do the work yourself—no subcontracting.
• A brief outline of your interior painting experience, including any farmhouse or older-home projects.
• Your proposed timeline and total labor price (materials aside from paint should be included).
• References or photos of comparable jobs are a plus.
