Family Portrait Painting

I am in need of a Artist with the skill in Painting Family Portraits
I am looking for someone to do a Family Portrait Piece for my Sister and my two neices. I do not know how Strange this may seem but My sister lost her partner due to a work accident and he was the best partner for her and he was the most amazing father to my two neices ?
Before Morgan passed away I had a planned a surprise for them. I was going to do a family portrait for them (as I am in the process of becoming a photographer)
I am now desperately looking for someone that is able to look through photos of them and create a meaningful painted family portrait of them together, that is why I am telling you the details surrounding of what and why I am looking for someone who can help make this happen for them.
