Experienced Handyman Needed for Ongoing Home Repairs & Maintenance

I’m looking for an experienced, reliable handyman to help with a variety of maintenance, repair, and improvement projects both inside and outside the house.

The work will likely include tasks such as exterior painting, drywall repairs, minor plumbing fixes, general carpentry, caulking, touch-up work, and other home maintenance items that have accumulated over time. I’m looking for someone who is comfortable handling a range of projects and can identify practical solutions when needed.

• Minor plumbing repairs and fixture replacements
• Basic carpentry and trim repairs
• Caulking, sealing, and weatherproofing
