Drywall Finishing & etc.

I'm looking minor repairs to prep my home for sale. I have mostly drywall repair of bumps, bruises, and noticeable previous patches, including some trim replacements. I have kitchen cabinets that will need some light refinishing. A light fixture to swap out, and two light switches to change.
