SEO & Website Developer needed to tidy up design, implement SEO keywords etc and improve speed of a Divi/Wordpress site.

I currently have a staging site set to facilitate some changes I'm making to implement onto the live site. I need help with three tasks. The site is built with divi and a number of other plugins.

1. Optimising the website for mobile performance (in the 90s).
Currently the Pagescore for performance on mobile is between 70-80. It fluctuates. I would like to increase this into the 90s without losing too much or any of the current website design. Currently, I use WP Rocket to speed up the website. I have also installed Perfmatters and done some of the basic optimisation with this. I have also installed Flying Press as an alternative to WP Rocket but I couldn't improve much by doing this so it is not currently being used. I would like for someone to please use these plugins or any other recommended plugins to increase the mobile and overall speed of the site. I have tried playing around with these but my knowledge/time is getting stretched trying to figure this out.
2. Online Shop help (Woocmmerce)
a) FINALISING DESIGN: Looking for some help in finalising the design so that the current styling from the rest of the website is reflected in the store, product, cart, checkout and account pages. I’ve started this and have been using the divi theme builder but getting a little stuck figuring out the design. I haven’t started any account pages.
b) SHOPPING EXPERIENCE: I’m also looking for some guidance around any ajax add to cart functionality or side cart or slide in cart or mini mega menu drop down off the cart icon in the header. I.e. looking to make the shopping experience smooth and not as clunky with Woocommerce in its’ current form. I know there are a lot of side cart plugins etc out there so if there is a recommended oneI'm happy to have a look at it. Something that works well on both desktop and mobile - I don't want to damage the performance when part of this project is to improve this.
What I'm trying to achieve is for something like: a user clicks on a product and then there is a small animation as it’s added to a cart in some way without the page refreshing (like above, as long as it doesn’t slow the site down).
3. SEO
I have recently had an SEO audit done of the website from a marketing company. They have provided a report and made recommendations to improve the SEO of the site. This centres around implementing specific keywords as well as some back linking. Improving site speed via potentially changing plugins, reducing/defering javascript and delaying the loading of images (some of these recommendations should already be done via plugins on the website) was a recommendation in this report, hence above. I am looking for someone to implement these recommendations + provide further SEO recommendations where appropriate to improve the SEO and overall online presence. I will provide the report. I'm not really looking for ongoing SEO support here and more a one-off tidy-up/fix-up with the potential for ongoing SEO support if that goes well.
Let me know what you can do, what your time frame looks like and how much you would charge.
