I need a Book a Shipment in Shanghai Port

We've products (Steel Pipes 50 Tone ) in Wuxi now. They got very late for sending our products. We need someone for booking bulk cargo from Shanghai to İzmir. Our agreement was CIF. So we paid shipment cost. I can give their phone number for clear communication. So, they are not good at shipment booking processes. We need help about it.
