Personal Shopper

Reports To:
The Personal Shopper will report to the Owner of Sam's Toy Chest, Sam Shannon.
Overview:
We send out daily postings about local retail pick ups and online pick ups. Every post provides the items name, photo, location, how much you’ll make per item, ranging from $10> to <$100 per item, and you can pick up several items per post to multiply how much you’ll make per item pickup. Once said item is picked up, we will email you a printable shipping label to mail the item to us and we will send you payment for the items cost and payment for you picking up the item once the item reaches us. This is not a full time job, but should be viewed as a second source of income or side source of income to make a few extra hundred/thousand a month. How much you make is not determined on how many hours you put in, it’s determined on how many items you pick up. You are a freelancer. A freelance schedule is chosen entirely by the freelancer. As long as the work is completed by the deadline, the freelancer can work wherever they want and whenever they want for as long as they desire. You choose your workdays and hours and complete your work by the given deadline.
Responsibilities and Duties:
* Receive goods for the store.
* Assisting with order collection, packing, loading, and payment, where required.
* Keep track of product offerings and availability.
* Loading, transporting, and delivering items to a postal service in a safe timely manner.
* Pack, weigh, and label completed items for shipment.
* Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete and the charges are correct.
* Prepare reports and other documents relating to deliveries.
* Accepting payments for delivered items.
* Follow all company guidelines regarding packaging.
* Properly use packing materials.
* Manage invoicing and following up on payments.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or GED is preferred.
* Basic shop skills, such as using hand tools to package and ship items.
* Ability to ship products the same day they are purchased.
* Willingness to perform repetitive tasks.
* Willingness to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and during busy shopping periods.
* Knowledge of tools and equipment needed to perform duties.
* Ability to comprehend and follow instructions.
* Communicate clearly and concisely.
* Punctual and reliable.
* Attention to detail.
