Import and Export items (unpacking and re-packing items) - fulfilment house / order fulfilment
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We are looking for a freelancer to help us with importing and exporting, unpacking and repacking DIY kits.
The items are small and light, made of mostly plastic, each about 20 grams in weight and about 15cm x 10cm x 2cm in size.
We need someone who is located in any country (except USA, Central America, South America, Africa, China, Hongkong, Taiwan, UAE, South Korea, Pakistan, Singapore) to receive about 10-50 kits from China per month and re-distribute the items to people located in several other countries e.g. USA, France, Australia.
The project will involve receiving items, unpacking them and then re-packing items to be sent by post to other countries.
Please send the parcels by your local post office. Please inform us what is the postage fees and import/export tax. We will pay for the postage fees, taxes and handling fees.
Items:
- The items to be imported and exported are DIY kits.
Special Handling:
- The items have an expiry date. Please check items for expiry before shipping out.
- The items should not be subjected to extreme temperature. Ideally they should be kept at room temperatures between 5-30 deg C.
- The items should not be stored under direct sunlight.
Volume:
- The estimated volume of items to be processed per month is between 10 to 50. This figure is subject to change.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in fulfilment houses and order fulfilment is a bonus but not strictly necessary.
- Efficient and organized in managing small-volume shipments.
