I am in need of dosing equipment that can be used to package my bulk products in pre-fabricated bags. The bulk products I am looking for are grains, and each package created needs can be between 0,5 kg and 25 kg. This machine should also be able to count and control exact bags per package, ensuring accuracy throughout the process. Furthermore, I need to know the machine's speed and capacity in order to make sure I get the desired output. I am looking for a reliable and adjustable machine that is easy to use.
The operator must set the amount (eg: grams, etc.), feed the hopper/reservoir with the desired weighed and dosed product and press a button or a pedal to start the filling process. The packaging must be kept under the discharge funnel.
After determining the components’ composition (selecting the required components), the controller automatically selects the weighing speed. The controller performs this action by evaluating the outlet of the components inserted into the total mass. This is especially important, thus such combination is chosen by which the mixing sequence is chosen, that the components are blended as follows: by the forthcoming components’ yield, their insertion speed is automatically selected, which means that all selected components will be mixed into a common environment over the same time period.
At the end, the packaged product must be removed and the whole process must begin again.
