Production Incharge for Corrugated Box Factory

I am setting up a new corrugated box
manufacturing factory in Greater Noida, India
and need an experienced consultant/freelancer
to help me with the initial factory setup.

What I need help with:
- Advising on factory floor layout and machine
placement
- Being present during machine installation and
calibration
- Setting up production SOPs and quality
processes (GSM, BCT testing)
- Helping hire and train the first batch of
machine operators
- Advising on raw material sourcing (kraft paper,
test liner)

Your background:
- Must have 7+ years experience in corrugated
box manufacturing
- Should have set up or managed a corrugated
production line before
- Based in Delhi NCR preferred
- Available for 4-6 weeks on-site in Greater
Noida

This is a short-term consulting engagement
during factory setup. Open to daily rate or
fixed project fee. Accommodation can be
arranged if needed.
