We provide the seeetener mix and you should pack the sticks , make the boxes and all labels according to our requirements
Packing Sticks dimensions: 70mm X 15mm ( +-10%)
Dispenser Box dimensions: 20.5 x 12.5 x 11 cm or 15x15.5x26cm (as per photo attached)
Film material for sticks: Must be food-grade
First order: 11 pallets (20’ Container)
Stick weight: 0.5 grams with 500 sticks per box.
Total 5500 boxes (11 pallets)
Certifications:
We require ISO 22000 food safety certification for the factory.
Packaging:
You will send us the box dieline (layout), and we will create the design ourselves.
The desired material for the dispenser box is rigid cardboard, strong enough to withstand the weight without deformation, with gloss lamination finishing.
Branding:
Both the sticks and the box will be printed with our logo in 3 colors (including text/instructions where applicable).
Samples:
We would like to receive blank samples of both sticks and the box from potential factories for evaluation once identified.
Sweetness Level:
The final product is designed to have equivalent sweetness to sucrose (1:1). One stick corresponds to approximately the sweetness of one teaspoon of sugar (≈ 4 g sucrose equivale
When we agree on the FOB price per box (of 500) then you send us the sample in order to check/taste with our client the sweetness and we may increase or decrease the aspartame ratio.
So far the mockup of the sticks is ready.
The mockup of the box will be send along with the nutritional info for the final product
