Spout Pouch Dimension Specs
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m preparing three upright spouted pouches for liquid fill and need precise dimensions worked out for 350 ml, 750 ml, and 1 L capacities. The goal is to hand a converter a ready-to-run dieline that hits the declared volumes once formed, filled, and sealed.
Please use common pouch geometry (gusseted stand-up with corner spout) unless you see a smarter alternative; I’m open to suggestions so long as the final pack stands securely on shelf. Material call-outs aren’t critical at this stage—the focus is structural maths, fill line, and headspace.

I’ll review against an in-house fill test, so your numbers must be production-ready within ±3 %. If you have previous experience designing liquid spouted pouches, that will speed approval.
