Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced packaging designer to create visually striking and brand-aligned packaging for our premium tea products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beautiful, functional packaging and a strong background in food and beverage branding, especially in natural or artisanal products.
Our brand emphasizes quality, sustainability, and a sensory experience, and we want the packaging to reflect that—from the box to the label and every detail in between.
Project Scope:
Design packaging for tea variants e.g., green tea, herbal blend, black tea
Packaging formats: tea pouch
colour- blue and white, and maybe add red too
Deliverables:
Concept design (2–3 directions per variant)
Finalized dielines/layouts ready for print
Print-ready files (AI, PDF) and digital mockups
Visual branding elements to ensure consistency across SKUs
Key Responsibilities:
Understand our brand identity and target market
Design packaging that is elegant, eco-conscious, and shelf-ready
Create packaging that communicates flavor, purity, and quality
Ensure the design meets printing and production requirements
Collaborate with our team for feedback and refinement
Design Requirements:
Clean, modern aesthetic with room for artistic or natural elements
Use of calming, earthy tones or botanical illustrations (open to exploration)
Space for brand name, logo, flavor, ingredients, brewing instructions, barcode, and certifications
Must consider eco-friendly materials and sustainability where possible
