Packaging Designer Needed — Tavo, Irish Wellness Drink Brand
Tavo is an Irish functional wellness drink brand making zero-sugar drink mixes that help people feel in control of how they feel. Our products — LiquidCalm, LiquidHydrate, Koffee and LiquidSleep — sell on Shopify, Amazon and TikTok Shop, with plans to expand into UK and European retail.
We're looking for an experienced packaging designer to redesign our existing stick pack and pouch packaging across all four products and create a cohesive visual identity system that works as a range.
The direction is warm, premium and lifestyle-led — think café counter rather than gym shelf. Each product has its own hero colour, and the design system should incorporate a two-tone gradient pouch, a product-in-use drink illustration, a stacked credential panel, and our brand fox mascot. Current packaging exists for two products — we need it elevated significantly and extended to cover the full range.
You should have real experience in food, beverage or supplement packaging — not just general graphic design. Stick pack experience is a must. Strong illustration skills or access to an illustrator is a bonus.
Deliverables are print-ready files for four products, two formats each — stick pack and standing pouch, front and back — plus a brand colour and typography guide.
