**Project Title:** Packaging Design Enhancements for Purposeful Pup® Treat Bags
**Project Description:**
Purposeful Pup® is seeking a freelance graphic designer to make thoughtful enhancements to our existing printed dog treat packaging. We want to keep our current bag designs and overall layout, but improve how key information is communicated on the front and back of the packaging.
The goal of this project is to refine and strengthen the packaging so that customers can quickly understand three core elements of our products:
1. Clearly communicate that the treats are **single-ingredient**
2. Clearly communicate that the treats are **safe and healthy for dogs**
3. Bring all packaging **fully up to code with AAFCO labeling regulations**
This is not a full redesign. Instead, we are looking for a designer who can intelligently enhance our current packaging while maintaining our existing brand aesthetic.
**Scope of Work:**
* Review our current packaging files
* Improve hierarchy and clarity of messaging on the bags
* Ensure all packaging aligns with **AAFCO labeling requirements**
* Adjust typography, layout, or small visual elements where needed
* Maintain the current brand identity and overall bag design
**Concept Development:**
We would like the designer to provide **three design options** showing how the improvements could be implemented on our current bags. These concepts should focus on improving clarity and communication while preserving the existing design structure.
**Important Requirement:**
We are specifically looking for **human-led design work without AI-generated design tools**. The human touch is important to us in crafting packaging that clearly and thoughtfully communicates these qualities to dog parents.

* 3 design concept options applied to the current bag design
* Final updated print-ready packaging files
* Editable source files
* Files prepared to meet printer specifications
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with food or pet product packaging
