I’m launching a premium puzzle-building set and need the full packaging treatment in a warm, classic, mid-century style. The box should feel instantly nostalgic while meeting modern production standards, so please think carefully about materials, print tolerances, and how everything lines up on automated packing lines.
Here’s what has to make the final cut:
• Structural dielines with cutter guides, bleed, material call-outs, and exact dimensions.
• A sturdy front window that proudly displays the assembled puzzle without weakening the box.
• Period-inspired illustrations and artwork that wrap around the pack, paired with clear product information and step-by-step instructions on the back.
• High-resolution 3D mock-ups/renders for presentation and marketing use.
• (Optional, but appreciated) tweaks to the toy’s visual design itself so the puzzle pieces and packaging form one cohesive nostalgic story.
• Web-ready hero banners, thumbnails, and lifestyle images for the product page.
Deliverables must include print-ready PDFs plus layered source files (AI/PSD) in CMYK 300 DPI, web graphics in PNG/JPG RGB, and a concise spec sheet detailing materials, finishes, and carton size.
