Modern Potato Chip Packet Design
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
I’m gearing up to introduce a new potato-chip line to the Indian FMCG shelves and need a packaging designer who can translate a premium-yet-affordable positioning into a clean, modern, minimalist pack. The pack has to grab attention instantly, so the product image must take centre stage while the rest of the layout stays uncluttered and contemporary.
What I have in mind
The overall vibe should feel fresh and sophisticated rather than flashy, with typography and iconography that read well from a distance. I’m open on the colour palette as long as it supports the minimalist look and complements the appetising product shot.
Your task
• Develop the front- and back-of-pack artwork around an existing dieline (I’ll supply it).
• Make the product image the hero element, leaving balanced space for a small logo, statutory information and FSSAI details.
• Supply print-ready files (CMYK, 300 dpi) and editable source files in Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop, plus a shelf-ready 3D mock-up for internal reviews.
Acceptance criteria
• Design adheres to the provided die-cut and meets Indian labelling norms.
• Final files are fully layered and editable, with all fonts and linked images included.
• 3D mock-up clearly demonstrates front, back and side panels.
If you’ve helped snacks or similar FMCG brands before and have a knack for sleek, minimalist visuals, I’d love to see your portfolio and get started right away.
