Instagram Reels Editor

We are looking for a talented Instagram Reels Editor with strong expertise in short-form viral content creation.
-Proven experience editing high-performing Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts
-Strong understanding of hooks, retention, pacing, captions, and viral-style editing
-Creative transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, and engaging cuts
-Ability to turn raw ideas into premium, professional short-form videos
-Knowledge of current social media trends and algorithms
Fast turnaround and reliable communication

Preferred:
-Persian / Farsi speaking (highly preferred)
-Understanding of bilingual content (Persian + English) is a plus
-Experience with business, motivation, finance, or educational content is an advantage
