Industrial Label Design for Auto Detailing Shop

Job ID: 40064988

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I’m looking for a designer to create a high-end, industrial label system for all chemical bottles in my auto detailing shop.

These labels will be used daily in a real working environment — not retail packaging, not social media mockups. When someone sees every bottle lined up, the reaction should be:

“Damn… this shop is dialed.”

This is a system build, not a one-off design.

Style Reference

Inspired by Armor Detail Supply’s Pressol bottle labels, adapted for:
• IK Sprayer 1000 ml bottles
• Foam cannons
• 16 oz / 32 oz spray bottles

The look should be:
• Industrial
• Minimal
• Expensive without being flashy
• Equipment-grade, not marketing-grade

If it looks like Amazon packaging or retail shelf design, it’s not a fit.

Branding Direction
• Top of label: PORTER’S DETAILING (text only — no logo)
• Black background
• White text
• Subtle blue accent (clean, restrained)

No gradients. No effects. No clutter.

Label Format
• Horizontal band labels (not full wrap)
• Designed to fit the smooth center section of bottles
• Measurement markings must remain visible
• Same visual system reused across all products

Uniformity across all bottles is critical.

Information Hierarchy (Must Be Followed)

Each label must clearly display:
1. Product Name – dominant, bold, readable at a glance
2. Dilution Ratio – clear and mistake-proof (1:10, 5:1, RTU, etc.)
3. PORTER’S DETAILING – subtle ownership at top
4. Optional small indicator: ALKALINE / ACID / NEUTRAL

No extra copy. No marketing language.

Durability-Aware Design Requirements

These labels will be printed on waterproof, chemical-resistant materials.

Design must:
• Remain legible when wet
• Work in hot and cold environments
• Avoid thin lines or low-contrast text
• Be compatible with vinyl, BOPP, or polyester label stock

I will handle printing and material selection — your job is to design something worthy of industrial production.

Deliverables (Required)
• Editable vector files (AI or EPS)
• Print-ready CMYK PDF
• PNG mockups
• One master label template with editable text fields for future products

The system should be easy to expand without redesigning.

Budget

$100–$200 USD
Paying for taste, hierarchy, and execution — not volume.

To Apply

Please include:
• Examples of label or packaging systems
• Confirmation you deliver print-ready vector files
• A brief note on your experience with industrial or professional-use design

Final Note

This label system will define how my shop looks for years.
Every bottle will wear it.
Every customer will see it.

I’m not looking for trendy.
I’m looking for timeless, disciplined, and undeniably professional.
