I am looking to develop an AI-powered voice calling agent that can make and receive phone calls, hold natural conversations with users, and perform predefined business tasks automatically.
The system should sound human-like, understand context, respond intelligently, and follow conversation logic based on different scenarios.
This project is intended for real-world business use, not a demo or prototype.
Core Use Case
The AI voice agent will be used to:
Make outbound calls (e.g., follow-ups, reminders, confirmations, information sharing)
Handle inbound calls (answer questions, provide information, route calls)
Understand user responses and adapt the conversation flow
Log call data and outcomes automatically
Key Functional Requirements
