I’m looking for a thoughtful, detail-oriented packaging designer to develop artistic, elevated labels and outer packaging for my herbal tea brand. We create tea drops rooted in plant wisdom, and the packaging should feel refined, botanical, and quietly luxurious — not trendy, not loud.
The design should balance artistry and restraint: expressive botanical elements paired with strong typographic hierarchy. We are moving toward a more cohesive, premium system that feels heritage-inspired yet contemporary.

- Develop an artistic but sophisticated visual direction for product labels
- Create a cohesive design system that can extend across multiple blends
- Incorporate botanical illustration in a consistent, intentional style
- Ensure the packaging communicates sustainability, quality, and plant-based integrity
- Consider eco-friendly production methods and materials
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Strong portfolio in premium food, beverage, wellness, or botanical packaging
- Ability to create distinctive illustration systems (not stock-feeling graphics)
- Understanding of typography hierarchy and luxury brand aesthetics
- Knowledge of sustainable packaging materials and print finishes
- Clear communication and openness to collaborative refinement
