Authentic African Imports is a premium lifestyle brand rooted in the elegance, craftsmanship, and heritage of the African continent. Our product line spans high-end argan oil beauty products, handmade Moroccan pottery, jewelry, African art, fragrances, and even fashion accessories. We aim to build a brand that evokes the sophistication of Olay or L’Oréal, while staying deeply connected to African roots and artistry.
What We Need
We’re looking for a visionary designer or creative studio to develop a complete brand identity that includes:
Deliverables:
Brand strategy: tone, positioning, and personality
Logo design (wordmark + symbol)
Color palette & typography guide
Brand voice/tone (expressive and premium)
Visual identity/mood board
Packaging direction (for oil, fragrance, ceramics, etc.)
Website mood and UI look & feel (design reference, not development)
Social media style guide / branded templates
Sample applications across 2–3 product lines
What We’re Looking For
Strong portfolio with premium, global-style brand work
Experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands
Understanding of African cultural design elements without clichés
Deep appreciation for heritage, storytelling, and modern elegance
Can combine luxury with authenticity
Bonus: past experience with artisanal or multicultural brands
