Cardboard Surgical Instrument Box Design -- 2

Job ID: 40169918

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

I want a clean, professional cardboard box that keeps our surgical instruments protected in transit yet still allows buyers to see the product on the shelf. The structure must be optimized for cardboard and close with a simple tuck-in flap. A clear window on the front panel is essential so the instruments remain visible without opening the package.

What I’ll need from you: a production-ready dieline, print-ready artwork files, and a 3D mock-up that shows how the finished pack looks from every angle. Please keep material efficiency in mind so the design can be die-cut from a single sheet with minimal waste, and make sure all panels offer enough space for regulatory text and branding that I can add later.

If you’ve worked with medical or sterile-device packaging before, even better. Let me know which software you plan to use (Adobe Illustrator, ArtiosCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) and your typical file hand-off format so everything slots smoothly into our printers’ workflow.
