Bolt Packaging REDesign Needed

Job ID: 39809812

Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR

I’m launching a new retail line of bolts and need a complete, print-ready packaging design that balances a rugged, industrial feel with clear, shelf-appeal branding. The core requirements are:

• A front-facing layout that instantly communicates the bolt size, thread, and material grade without overwhelming DIY customers.
• Space on the reverse for technical specs, barcode, and safety icons.
• A dieline that works for a small carton (think 70 × 40 × 40 mm) and can be scaled up for larger SKUs in the same visual family.
• Two mock-ups: one flat PDF for the printer and one 3-D render or realistic Photoshop mock-up for marketing previews.
• Source files in Adobe Illustrator (CS6+ compatible) with all fonts outlined or supplied.

Stylistically, I’m leaning toward a dark, matte background with a pop of high-visibility color to code the different diameters, but I’m open to fresh ideas if the hierarchy stays clear.

The final artwork should arrive press-ready: CMYK, 300 DPI, with bleed and cut marks. Please keep spot colors and varnish layers on separate plates if you propose any specialty finishes.

Once the first SKU is approved, I’ll roll the same design across the rest of the range, so a clean master template will be essential.
