We are seeking a talented and experienced Indian packaging designer who possesses a strong creative flair and a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in designing packaging for agriculture products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating effective and visually appealing packaging solutions that not only attract consumers but also communicate the brand’s message and adhere to industry regulations.
In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with a marketing manager in Denmark and a field team in Navi Mumbai to gain a comprehensive understanding of product specifications and requirements. You will utilize your expertise to design packaging that meets and exceeds industry standards while ensuring that the packaging is functional, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing.
You are expected to have a proven understanding of the agriculture market in India, and the needs and preferences of small and medium shareholder farmers.
You will be tasked brainstorming and sketching innovative ideas, creating prototypes, and presenting your designs to the team for feedback and approval. You will also be tasked with revising designs based on constructive criticism and ensuring that the final products align with the brand’s vision and goals.
Moreover, the successful candidate should be proficient in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and have a solid understanding of printing processes and techniques. A strong portfolio showcasing your relevant work in packaging design, particularly within the agricultural sector, is mandatory.
