Amazon Shipping Box - Product Protection

We are currently shipping our products to Amazon in multipacks and they in turn ship as is to their customers. We would like to look at a few potential insert prototypes which might help to distribute the force of a drop and mitigate some of the damage we have seen given our unique packaging

Here’s how I see the project flowing:

• Project Kickoff to discuss wants / needs
* Structural design: translate my rough sketches into a flat dieline
*Discussion with packaging manufacturer
• Material specification: recommend the ideal paperboard weight, coatings, and any specialty finishes that balance durability with an upscale look.
• Production documentation: final dieline, 3D mock-ups (OBJ or PDF-3D), bill of materials, and press-ready specs for the converter.

Timing is flexible but I would like to approve a prototype within three weeks of kickoff. .
