Package for shipping LED lights

I'm coming out with a product for office lighting. Each light will be two strips, about 45"X1"X0.5", a power supply (5"X3"X1") and a handful of wire segments, connectors and screws. I'd like a cardboard box that will hold ten or fewer at a time, and require minimum effort to pack. I don't know where to start.
