WhatsApp bulk outreach specialist

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior WhatsApp Outreach Specialist to design, execute, and scale high-volume outreach campaigns via WhatsApp while maintaining compliance with WhatsApp policies and avoiding account bans. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in WhatsApp automation tools, understands anti-spam best practices, and has a proven track record of managing campaigns that reach thousands of contacts per day without getting the account banned.
-> Key Responsibilities:
+ Design and implement large-scale WhatsApp outreach strategies that reach 5,000+ contacts per day.
+ Segment audiences and personalize outreach messages for high engagement and conversion.
+ Monitor deliverability, block rates, ban risks, and implement tactics to avoid account bans.
+ Maintain and optimize multi-number and multi-device setups where needed.
+ Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align outreach goals.
+ Track KPIs (open rates, response rates, ban rates, etc.) and generate performance reports.
-> Stay up-to-date with WhatsApp policies, industry trends, and compliance best practices.
-> Requirements:
+ 5 years of hands-on experience with WhatsApp outreach campaigns.
+ Proven ability to send high-volume messages (5,000+ per day) without triggering bans or blocks, without
+ Deep understanding of the WhatsApp Business API, automation tools, and account management.
+ Knowledge of WhatsApp’s policies, spam detection algorithms, and ban avoidance techniques.
+ Strong technical background in setting up proxy/VPN environments and managing device/browser fingerprints (preferred).
+ Excellent communication, reporting, and strategic thinking skills.
+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
